If you are in pain due to an injury seek medical attention first. You must wait a minimal of 72 hours after an injury and be cleared by a Physician before I can provide services. (Requires a note from your physician) Your physician can prescribe your massage. Please provide a prescription so that I can confirm with your insurance company that the service will be covered.
